Superseding Indictment: Arrest in Triple Murder and Shooting Case

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) has arrested 21-year-old Dionzai Parker, also known as “Moneybag Jefe,” on a bench warrant following his indictment on charges including conspiracy and first-degree murder while armed. Parker’s charges stem from the February 25, 2023, killing of Brice Djembissi, a Prince George’s County teacher and part-time Uber driver. The arrest was announced by U.S. Attorney Matthew M. Graves.

Parker’s indictment is part of a broader investigation implicating four other men in multiple homicides and shootings. Previously arraigned on related charges were Derrico Johnson, 20, Ronald Henderson, 19, Daveon Robinson, 18, and Demarco Robinson, 20. The indictment links the men to three homicides and a drive-by shooting, including:

  • The April 12, 2022, shooting of Clayton Marshall.
  • The May 26, 2022, killing of 16-year-old Justin Johnson, also known as “23 Rackz.”
  • A January 2, 2023, drive-by shooting at Alabama Convenience Store, which injured two bystanders.
  • The February 25, 2023, drive-by shooting that killed Djembissi and injured two others.

Charges Against the Defendants

The third superseding indictment outlines a total of 33 counts, including:

  • Derrico Johnson: Two counts of first-degree murder while armed and three counts of assault with intent to kill while armed.
  • Ronald Henderson: One count of first-degree murder while armed and four counts of assault with intent to kill.
  • Daveon Robinson: Two counts of assault with intent to kill while armed.
  • Dionzai Parker: One count of first-degree murder while armed and two counts of assault with intent to kill.

Details of the Alleged Crimes

The indictment alleges the defendants are part of a crew called the “Get Back Gang,” associated with the Henson Ridge neighborhood in Southeast D.C., also known as “the Z.” The group is reportedly tied to the broader “Fox 5 Gang,” which has been linked to escalating violence in the area.

  • April 12, 2022: Johnson fired several rounds near Shipley Market, killing Marshall and injuring another.
  • May 26, 2022: Johnson and Henderson fatally shot Justin Johnson after tracking his Instagram location. Justin Johnson was killed feet from an infant child who was unharmed.
  • January 2, 2023: Henderson and Robinson fired multiple rounds at Alabama Convenience Store, injuring two bystanders. Armed Special Police Officers pursued the shooters, arresting Henderson and Robinson. Parker escaped with another suspect.
  • February 25, 2023: Parker and two others fired approximately 70 rifle rounds in a drive-by shooting near Shipley Market, fatally wounding Djembissi and injuring two bystanders. Djembissi succumbed to his injuries on March 3, 2023.

Ongoing Investigation

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD), Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) are leading the investigation. Assistant U.S. Attorney Ryan Sellinger is prosecuting the case.
